Sometimes the Post to Google My Business section (“metabox”) where you can view the status of your GMB posts and create new ones is not visible. This can be caused by several things.
Make sure the post type is enabled
If the Post to Google My Business section is not visible in your WordPress dashboard, first make sure it is enabled for the post type you’re trying to edit. To do this, go to Post to GMB > Settings > Post type settings and enable it for your preferred Post types:
Check if it isn’t out of view
If your site has a lot of plugins that add custom sections to the editor, or you have a small display, it could be that the section is out of view. Scroll all the way down the page and check if its there. You can re-order the sections by using the arrows at the top right hand side of the section or using drag-and-drop.
Enable the section in your editor
It could be that the section is hidden for some reason.
Open the Screen Options in the top right hand corner and tick the box in front of Post to Google My Business.
Click the cog on the top right hand side and click Preferences. Enable Post to Google My Business in the Panels section
